Barona Street 106-3 processes personal information submitted by customers in order to fulfill and additionally approve the Terms and Conditions in order to electronically process orders and delivery and ensure the necessary communication within the time period specified by law.

Source of personal data

1. The Controller processes personal data obtained with the Customer's consent and obtained using the purchase agreement and electronic order execution made in the online store www.linulenta.lv;
2. The controller processes only the customer's identification and contact information, which is necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement;
3. The controller shall process personal data for delivery and accounting purposes and for the necessary communication between the contracting parties for a period specified by law. Personal data will not be made public or transferred to other countries.


Purpose of data processing

The Controller processes the Client's personal data for the following purposes:
1. For registration on the website www.linulenta.lv in accordance with Section 2 of Chapter 4 of the GDPR;
2. For the execution of the online order created by the customer (name, address, e-mail, phone number)
3. To comply with the laws and regulations arising from the contractual obligations between the Client and the Controller;
4.Personal data is required to fulfill the purchase agreement. The contract cannot be concluded without personal data.


Duration of personal data storage

1. The controller shall keep personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual obligations between the controller and the client and for 3 years after the termination of the contractual obligations;
2. The controller shall delete all personal data after the expiry of the personal data storage period.

Recipients and processors of personal data

Third parties who process the Client's personal data are subcontractors of the controllers. The services of these subcontractors are necessary for the successful execution of contracts for the purchase of electronic orders between the Controller and the Client.

Controller subcontractors are:

  • Webnode AG (online store system);
  • Delivery companies;
  • Google Analytics (website analytics);

Customer rights

According to the regulation, the Client has:
1. The right of access to personal data;
2. The right to rectification of personal data;
3. The right to delete personal data;
4. The right to object to the processing of personal data;
5. The right to data portability;
6. The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data in writing or via e-mail sent to: info@upl.lv;
7. The right to complain to the supervisory authority if an infringement of the Regulation is suspected.

Safety of personal data

1. The controller undertakes to take all technical and organizational precautionary measures necessary for data protection;
2. The controller has taken technical precautions to ensure secure data storage by providing password access to the computer, using anti-virus software and performing regular computer maintenance.

Final terms

1. By placing an online order on the website www.linulenta.lv, the Customer confirms that he / she is informed about all personal data protection conditions and fully agrees with them;
2. The customer agrees to these terms by checking the box on the order purchase form;
3. The Controller may renew these Terms at any time. A new, updated version must be published on your website.

These regulations come into force on 21.01.2021
