The order is considered submitted when the payment has been made.
The order is considered binding on the Buyer and the Seller at the moment when the Buyer has placed the order and has received its confirmation from the Seller by e-mail. The order and the acknowledgment of receipt shall be deemed to have been received when the person to whom they are addressed has access to them.

Product delivery.
The Buyer can receive the ordered products from the online store www.linulenta.lv by VENIPAK courier or OMNIVA, DPD, VENIPAK parcel terminal.
The cost of delivery of the goods to the address is determined according to the tariffs of the carrier of the goods attracted by the Seller. When ordering the product, the Buyer has the right to get acquainted with these tariffs. Delivery costs for non-standard gauge goods are agreed in advance between the seller and the buyer.
Within three (3) working days after the Seller has received payment for the ordered goods, the Seller shall prepare the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. When the goods are ready for delivery, the Seller informs the Buyer by sending a notice to the Buyer's e-mail and / or

The Seller reserves the right not to service the order if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer by his phone number or e-mail.
The product will be issued only to the person who ordered it, therefore, upon receipt of the product, you may be asked to present an identity document. Otherwise, the order will not be issued.
If the supplier of the goods will not be able to meet the Buyer at the address specified in the order, the delivery money paid, if any, will not be refunded.
The buyer is responsible for the accurate and complete presentation of the data. If re-delivery or re-delivery is required, an additional fee may apply for this service.Product warranty

All goods sold by the Seller, when purchased by the Buyer, who is a consumer, are guaranteed by the manufacturer in accordance with the procedures provided for in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, if the instructions for use of the goods are followed. Legal entities are provided with a warranty specified by the seller or manufacturer.
Expenses related to the transportation of the goods shall be covered by the Buyer. The warranty is valid as specified by the product manufacturer in the product warranty terms. The warranty does not apply to consumable materials.
Right of withdrawal.
The Buyer, who is a consumer according to the definition specified in the Consumer Rights Protection Law, may exercise the right of withdrawal and within fourteen (14) days to withdraw from the goods purchased in the www.linulenta.lv online store and return it to the Seller.
The period of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be counted from the day when the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer as the consignee of the goods has acquired possession of the goods.
The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement before the end of the withdrawal period using the standard withdrawal form. The Buyer can send the electronically completed withdrawal form to the e-mail: info@upl.lv or submit it to the Seller's point of sale.
According to the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer may return the product within 14 days of purchase without explaining the reasons for the return.
The Seller shall, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's notification of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement and after receiving the returned product, refund to the Buyer the amount paid by him for the product. The Seller shall repay the said amount using the same type of payment instrument as used by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller is entitled to withhold the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer until the Seller has received the goods or the Buyer has submitted to the Seller a confirmation that the goods have been returned.
If the Buyer has expressly expressed a wish to use a delivery method that is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for delivery costs.
The Buyer's direct expenses related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product throughout the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the goods have been used in a manner incompatible with the principle of good faith, including for purposes other than ascertaining the nature or operation of the goods.
During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer has the right to use the product to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the product (as much as it could be done before purchasing the product at the point of sale). The goods must be undamaged, undamaged in their original appearance (unremoved and undamaged labels, torn protective films, etc.) and unused. If the product is not complete or not in the original packaging, or the product packaging is significantly damaged (except when it is not possible to open the packaging without damaging it), or the product is damaged, the Seller has the right to reduce the value of the product. The proportional amount is calculated on the basis of the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the goods. The Buyer returns the product to the Seller in its original packaging, in the same set as it was received, together with the documents accompanying the product - warranty card (if any), instructions for use and other documents related to the product.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
the price of the product or service depends on financial market fluctuations, which the Seller cannot control and which may occur during the term of the right of withdrawal;
the product is made according to the Buyer's instructions or the product is clearly personalized;
due to its properties, the product has been irretrievably mixed with other things after delivery;
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons and persons who are not consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

Personal data provided by buyers are processed in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and the requirements of other regulatory enactments of the EU and the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data.
